Jen joined The DT Firm in April 2024, bringing 25 years of experience in Pennsylvania state government to her role. She supports the team with scheduling, client services, and a wide range of administrative functions that keep both our lobbyists and daily operations running smoothly.

Throughout her career, Jen has held positions in Human Resources and Management at the Governor’s Office of Administration, the Governor’s Office of Policy and Planning, and the Pennsylvania Senate. Her background provides her with a deep understanding of the legislative process and the agility needed to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

A native of Juniata County and a graduate of East Juniata High School, Jen now lives in Perry County with her husband, Steve, and their two children.
