Thomas Lipko

Tom Lipko built his career at AFSCME Council 13, quickly rising through the ranks to become the youngest Assistant Executive Director in the organization’s history at age 34. Alongside his leadership role, Tom also served as a lobbyist, drawing on his strong background in politics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lock Haven University and completed executive training at Harvard University.
